A few showers tomorrow, a little more by midweek. Here's the updated rain outlook.
Overnight stays mild in the upper 60s to low 70s under partly cloudy skies.
Have rain gear with you tomorrow before you leave the house. Although we start off dry, isolated showers will arrive by the afternoon, mainly after 2 p.m.
Most of the rain that manages to fall will check out by sunset.
The isolated shower activity will turn scattered by Tuesday and Wednesday with rain chances between 40-60%.
A few strong and possibly severe storms will be possible with strong wind gusts, some hail, and lightning all possible along with downpours.
The majority of the heavy rain will stay north of central Florida as high pressure over the Caribbean pushes a lot of the moisture back toward the front.
Late week rain chances go down a little to isolated showers, but the heat lingers each day with highs in the low 90s.
