Two veterinarians who have treated Charlie since he was found in Alabama said they have never seen anything like it before.The dog's right front leg is two conjoined limbs that appear to be paws, according to the report.
Charlie and his brother Hank are part of a pet adoption program.Charlie's surrogate parents are hoping for surgery before he's adopted, but the surgery is going to cost at least $1,400.The agency has found a family in neighboring Georgia to adopt both Charlie and his brother Hank, but a representative says the deformity must be fixed.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
