Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, the brother of President George W. Bush, told a German magazine the he has not counted out running for president, according to a Local 6 News report Monday.

The governor is scheduled to visit Germany this week.

In an article published in "Focus Weekly," he said he won't run in 2008 but told the reporter "you should never say never."

When asked what his answer meant, he said, "let's say there's a vague chance."
