Shots Fired At Fla. Park During Children's Football Games

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Gunshots were fired at a northwest Jacksonville Park in northwest Jacksonville Saturday afternoon while hundreds were in the park for children's football games, according to a WJXT-TV report.Between 20 and 30 shots were fired at Charles Clark Park on Sibbald Drive. No one was injured.According to the police report, an argument between Leon Tisby and Arthur Davis escalated to gunfire. They were both arrested.
Police said Tisby had a gun, a loaded gun clip and a box of bullets in his pocket. They say Davis was also armed.
