A 21-year-old woman in Somerville, Mass., was arrested after she allegedly stabbed a clothing store security guard in the chest with a hypodermic needle and then yelled "Does anybody else want AIDS?" according to a Local 6 News report.

Police said Jennifer Stacy of Cambridge was seen on surveillance video shoplifting at Bob's Store in Somerville.

When a security guard tried to stop her, she stabbed him four times in the chest, then yelled, "Does anyone else want AIDS?"

Stacy then left in a car with two men but was arrested Wednesday, police said.

The security guard, who was not identified, was treated at the hospital and released.

Police are trying to determine weather the needle contained any viruses.

Stacy faces charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and armed robbery.

Authorities said the victim is going to need to undergo a long series of tests and may require a year of treatment because of the stabbing.
