Postal Operations In Central Florida Suspended

The Central Florida District of the U.S. Postal Service announced that postal operations in zip codes 327, 328, 329, and 347 will be suspended from 3:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13 until 7:00 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 14. Employees with work schedules that fall within those hours should not report for work. Some delays are expected, however the Postal Service is working to minimize the impact of Hurricane Charley on mail service, according to a statement.
