Man Arrested Twice For DUI Within Minutes
Same Officer Makes Both Arrests

WOODBRIDGE, Va. -- A policeman in Prince William County, Va., arrested a teenager for drunken driving, twice in a relatively short period of time.
Authorities said 19-year-old Reginald Cook was arrested for driving under the influence. They said Cook left his car in the parking lot at a shopping plaza, while officers took him in for processing.Officials said he was released about 20 minutes later, but he returned to the parking lot and got back behind the wheel of his car.
The same officer who arrested Cook the first time spotted him behind the wheel of his car and hauled him in again.Police said Cook is being held without bond, and his car seized for 30 days.
