BUENOS AIRES, Argentina -- A man survived after scaling a wall and jumping into the lions' pit at the Buenos Aires Zoo. But what he did next was even more strange.

Lucas Tomas, 22, held his jacket as if it were a bullfighter's cape and challenged one of the two lions in the pit. The lion apparently didn't take the bait.Tomas was saved after a nearby policeman fired several shots into the air, scaring the lion away. Tomas eventually climbed out and was taken to a hospital. He suffered minor injuries to his hands, arms and face.According to hospital officials, Tomas says he was ordered by voices from God to go in and taunt the lions.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
