Whiplash the rodeo monkey earned his spurs at a show in Minnesota's Twin Cities, according to a Local 6 News report.
The 17-year-old primate put his 60-pound border collie through its paces as part of The Dodge World's Toughest Rodeo at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn.Whiplash and his collie travel across the continent to perform in shows. They are able to make about 200 shows a year, according to the report.The monkey's owner said that Whiplash often gets crazy in the ring so he never knows what the monkey will do when the show starts.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
