Police in Orlando found two girls reported missing Sunday after their mother was shot to death in a store parking lot.

Investigators said Anselme Biziyaremye, 33, was scheduled to meet with his ex-girlfriend at a Walgreens located on Bumby Avenue and Colonial Road and drop of two children as part of a custody agreement.

The woman was found dead in the parking lot of the store and her two daughters, Vanessa Gaju and Kelvine Uwase, were missing, prompting a statewide missing child alert.

The missing child alert was canceled Monday after the children were found. The children were not harmed, police said.

Biziyaremye remains missing.

Earlier, witnesses said they heard the woman scream before she was shot.

"(The victim) was saying, 'Please stop it. No, not me,'" witness Danielle Ancrille "I just got the impression that it was someone she knew."
