The newest vendors include:

  • Antica Pizzeria: While staying true to the authentic Neapolitan-style pizza and Italian recipes, owners Paul Jacques and Kevin Turner also infuse their own unique twists, resulting in hand-made pasta entrees, starters, and homemade desserts, all locally sourced and handmade from scratch.
  • Rock the Guac: Founded by Ronald Abeles in 2013, Rock the Guac handpicks premium ingredients sourced at their peak of freshness and serves exceptional burritos and tacos at their location in Cocoa Beach. They will bring the same freshness to their Tex-Mex creations at their newest location in The Packing District.
  • Kabob 2 Go: This family-owned and operated business serves up freshly made Lebanese and Mediterranean food with the best, imported spices. Menu items include favorites hummus, falafel, and a variety of kabobs.

These vendors will join previously announced vendors including A Lo Cubano Kitchen, Poke Fin, and Kayos Jamaican Grill. The food hall will also house a microbrewery operated by Orange County Brewers.

In March, a new Publix opened at College Park Plaza within the Packing District, the same area where a replica of Dr. Phillips’ iconic juice stand opened in January. The Packing District gets its name from the site of the former Dr. Philips citrus packing plant.
